It stopped raining!

The weather here has NOT been cooperative!

Golf has been rained out...

baseball has been rained out...
the kids have cabin fever!

Today I had four kiddos and when it stopped raining, I literally jumped at the chance to get outside.

The library had a petting zoo...

The kids were great! They listened quietly to the lady explaining all the animals and then waited in line to pet and hold all of the animals. There was a llama, pony, ferret, skunk, rat, duck, frog, turtles, and others.

This tired little girl was fighting a nap when we got home!

I can do four kids......I think....

Well, let's see what happens with three when the baby comes.....

BRRRR.....

The weatherman said there would be a blizzard today.

He said 6-12 inches of snow.
He said freezing rain/ice.
He said blowing wind and cold temperatures.

He changed his story at 5:00 last night.

No 6-12 inches of snow....more like 3 inches.

It's COLD and BLOWING, but apparently not enough for a snow day!

Which meant I could not curl up with coffee and a good book today...

Finally!!!

It was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL day today! I woke up to my lil man playing in his room (quietly today, not banging things on the hardwood floor :) ) and the sunshine pouring in the windows. All the sunshine was a little deceiving because the wind had a bite to it (thus my boys wearing hats because I'm sick of the complaints about ears hurting), but the boys got to ride their bikes and play ball with Uncle Ryan. Payton even enjoyed a long walk. Definately a nice change from the snow that we had on Sunday! Is spring weather around the corner?

Bring on warmer weather!

I am SO ready for warmer weather. I am tired of the cold and the wet stuff. I'm dreaming of those summer days and nights spent in my pool! Enough said....bring on warmer weather!
